We had an excellent experience. Heavy branches broke off in a windstorm and destroyed our old siding. The entire house needed to be resided. The whole B-B team was great: the analysis of what needed to be done was thorough and professional with options and recommendations explained clearly, the work crew was efficient and responsive to any questions or concerns I had, minor surprises encountered were quickly and competently addressed, the work was done on schedule, cleanup was excellent, and our 95-year old house looks beautiful! Also want to mention the great job they did in helping to convince a low-balling and very stubborn insurance company to ultimately cover 100% of the cost of the job. Couldn’t recommend Bartlett Brainard more highly.
